Fairway Lodge Booking conditions

Telephone booking

1) A deposit of 20% is payable by cheque (payable to Fairway Lodge).  Please write the cheque guarantee number on the reverse.  The deposit may also be paid using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro (UK only) and Solo.  American Express can also be taken subject to authorisation.

2) The deposit will be refundable if we have 4 weeks written notice of cancellation

3) 50% of the deposit will be refunded if we receive 2 weeks written notice of the cancellation.

4) In all other circumstances deposits are non refundable.

5) All communications regarding cancellations or changes to a Booking must be made in writing and signed by the person who made the Booking.

6) Provisional Bookings (awaiting deposit) will be held for one week for bookings less than three months notice.  This will be extended to two weeks for booking with more than three months notice.

7) On receipt of your deposit you will receive written confirmation of your Booking.

8) If you choose to shorten your stay, your deposit for the whole period will be forfeited.  A charge of 50% of the nights not taken will be made.
